Payment
Currently, we accept only cash and BACS. Payment of all patient fees is the patient's responsibility, including when a 3rd party may be involved.
We are registered with the major private medical insurers (Simply Health, Norwich Union, Cigna, etc.). However, contact your insurer in advance to ensure that your policy will provide cover. They may require you to obtain a referral from your GP. We ask that payment be settled at the time of consultation. Please confirm with your insurer that they will reimburse you directly (we will provide receipts on request).
We are currently unable to provide our services to BUPA or AXA-PPP providers as we disagree with their charges. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Cancellation policies
Kindly note that the full fee is payable for failing to keep your appointment or for giving less than 24 hours notice of cancellation.
Standard Fee
Initial consultation - £80
Follow-up appointment 45 min - £70
Follow-up appointment 30 min - £60
Concessionary Fee
This is our lowest appointment rate and is available for patients who fall into one of the following categories:
full-time students, people receiving Carers and Disability Benefits, Income Support, Jobseekers, Rent Allowance and Universal Credit.

Community partner
This discounted rate is applicable to patients who are employees or members of an organisation who have joined our Community Partner Scheme. Please get in touch with us if you want to join our scheme.
